At Maison Balzac, we want you to be completely delighted with your objects for the home. If a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and housed in their signature Maison Balzac packaging.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items to prevent breakage and ship them back to our studio using a trackable postal service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
